Features that would normally be manufactured on injection molded parts can be reproduced by incorporating an assembly process.
Our medical products require bonding of bosses with threaded inserts on complex equipment enclosures. Metal brackets and shielding can also be assembled to our thermoformed parts for rigidity and to help pass some of the electromagnetic testing that is required on some of the electronic medical equipment. We are also capable of installing hinges, latches and rubber seals in accordance to customer specifications.
